Strategic Plan Development
GPMA adopts a rigorous, evidence-based approach to developing strategic plans, structured around three key phases:
1.. Strategic Analysis: A comprehensive assessment of the internal and external environments using a wide range of analytical tools. This phase includes in-depth diagnostics and benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
