Performance Improvement Decisions Tools

Performance Improvement Decisions Tools

Program Overview

Enterprise performance improvement is not a one-time project but a continuous relentless journey that should be an integral part of the culture of high-performance organizations. Organizations desire to improve performance should not be limited to achieving set target levels for key performance indicators (KPTRs) or just to catch up with benchmarking organizations. Organizations should aspire to set new records of performance and surpass stakeholders’ expectations. Making the right decision to improve performance is a key skill, which all organization employees should be familiar with. This module provides a wide spectrum of performance improvement decision-support tools, which address both the creative (divergent) thinking tools needed to come up with wide options of solutions and the analytic (convergent) thinking tools required to select the most cost-effective solutions.
