Program Overview
With the accelerating changes in our environment and the increasing expectations of our stakeholders, there is a growing need to develop a clear mission, vision and strategies that guide our organization to set up clear priorities and help us focus our resources on achieving them. This program offers hands-on experience in using a tool kit of effective tools, which organizations can use to perform strategic analysis, formulate effective strategies, articulate strategies and translate them to operational terms; and finally execute and monitor their progress.
